About Me

Arlyn Suttles has a lifetime of experience in the medical, healthcare and personal training fields, helping clients reach their physical fitness goals.

Her company, Tri-Fitness Vitality, just celebrated its five year anniversary, with powerful training programs that transformed hundreds of people since then. Now Coach Arlyn looks forward to training thousands more!

As a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute of Arizona, Arlyn uses multiple training regimes. Using her certifications in fields such Anatomy & Physiology, Nutrition, Exercise Therapy, and Pain-Free Performance, Arlyn combines weight-lifting (including kettlebells) with high-intensity cardio, with a special focus on PNF Mobility & Stretching.

Postpartum fitness
I met Arlyn years ago at work and knew she instantly meant ‘business’ when she suggested we hike Flat Iron on a weekend! Years later, she goes to start her business and I told myself that if I got a chance to train with her I’d totally do it. 9 months postpartum, I was really weak, barely had the strength and energy for everyday activities and no matter what home work-outs I did, I struggled to show up consistently. I knew exactly who to call! That’s when Arlyn came to my rescue and I couldn’t be more thankful! She was the first person to identify that I had Diastasis Recti post my C-section, which limited me to only doing certain workouts. She tailored each workout to strengthen my core until I was able to do normal workouts again. With her extensive knowledge in rebuilding muscles, and her knack to make the most mundane exercise more challenging, putting client’s safety as her number one priority. She pushed me out of my comfort zone and made every session challenging, yet fun! Arlyns positive attitude and energy were contagious. I left with the best attitude and more importantly, knowing that I could achieve something I didn’t think I could. Arlyn was also very accommodating to my schedule even doing 5 am workouts when needed :) I cannot thank Arlyn enough for the impact she has made in my life and I highly recommend her to anyone that wants to take that next step.

Transformative Personal Training Experience
Extremely happy with the outcome! The one-on-one attention is great, and the customized exercise routines are excellent. I've never felt stronger and my energy levels have gotten much better. Strongly advise anyone wishing to embark on a committed and successful fitness program.

Arlyn is a very good fitness trainer. I lost 20 lbs with her help. Ive been trying to do it myself but i was unsuccessful. Highly recommended. She will really push you harder to attain your weight loss goals. Thank you Arlyn.

Arlyn is the best trainer I know in the East Valley. She makes workouts engaging and enjoyable, and she’s always there to cheer you on. The one-hour sessions fly by thanks to her motivating and supportive approach. I highly recommend Arlyn!

Can’t recommend highly enough!
I wanted to come on here and say how great it’s been working out with Arlyn. She’s so well trained on the body and what can be done differently to avoid injuries and always has a variation of movements to make sure there are no new injuries. I came to her, very out of shape, active but out of shape and with a lot of back pain and just overall tightness in my body. In about 5 months she has me feeling great and stronger than I’ve been in years. I’m happy to be in better shape but I’m more happy with how great I feel after getting a bit stronger. Thank you very much Arlyn, I’m so happy to have started this with you!

She’s the best!
Training with Arlyn has been the best. My goal was to gain more muscle. Not only did I gain more muscle mass, I learned how to properly set up certain exercises, how to do them correctly, what I should be eating in order to sustain growth, and more. Although I moved away to attend college, I still can hear her voice in the back of my head telling me to "watch my form" or "just one more rep"! Thanks Arlyn!!

The best trainer!
Arlyn trained and motivated me to take care of myself physically. She will give you her 100% attention the moment you will enter her well equipped training area. Personal Training
I am so grateful that I found Arlyn. I always enjoy my training sessions with her. She truly makes the workouts tailored to your goals and any previous injuries. Additionally, each workout she puts together is very creative. You are truly paying for her expertise! I have had a couple of injuries in the past, and one more recently with my shoulder. She has adjusted workouts to accommodate the injury and rehabilitate the area. I can already tell I am having less pain in the area and am healing. I am also building up my strength again and beginning to see some progress with my goals of losing fat and building muscle. I should mention that I did competitive dancing in the past and more recently did triathlons and half marathons, but needed help from a professional as I felt I was "plateauing" with training on my own. She has also showed me exercises I can do on my own for taking care of my body over the long-term. Thank you, Arlyn! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

The Most Amazing Trainer Ever!
I love Miss Arlyn. I started working out with her when I was 16 and wanted to start weightlifting. I had no idea where to start, and she was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. My mom and I worked out two times a week, and throughout the sessions, we warmed up, stretched, weight lifted, and stretched again, which helped me gain confidence in what I was doing. I could lift a squat PR of 185 pounds and never felt stronger. She always has flexible scheduling and wants to push you to do your best! Now, when I work out alone, I remember all the techniques and forms she taught me. Even when returning from college, she fits me into her schedule and helps me get more comfortable with weight lifting. She is generally the best personal trainer you’ll ever find 10 out of 10 experience!

THE best trainer!!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Arlyn, and I can confidently say they are one of the best personal trainers I've ever encountered. From the very first session, Arlyn took the time to understand my goals, fitness level, and any limitations I had. They created a customized workout plan that was both challenging and achievable, pushing me to my limits while ensuring I stayed motivated. AMAZING trainer for all strengths and injuries
You need Tri Fitness Vitality with Arlyn! Arlyn Suttles was my trainer for over a year. After one month I knew she would be perfect for my needs as I began to see immediate results. I have been involved in fitness, dance, workouts, etc…my whole life but now that I’m older my training needed to change from my normal habits. I had developed new injuries such as neuromas in my feet and bad nerve pain from post bunion and neuroma surgery, prolapsed pelvic floor, and back pain. I did not know how to effectively workout without hurting other parts of my body that were compensating. Arlyn took all of my ailments and worked with them SO well. As long as I was consistent (went 2 times a week) and told her immediately where there was any strain, then she could help me with modified exercises, stretches, and even gave me a back brace and helped me know how to massage with a foam roller for difficult areas. These always helped. But she also knew how to push me, but it was always to the point where I still wanted to come back for more. She is fun and engaging as well! I became a dance teacher while working with Arlyn and was able to do things I never thought I’d be able to do again! I owe it to Arlyn!!! Thank you for giving me my body back and for the fun and truly effective workouts!

Fitness Goals
I started my fitness journey with Arlyn in August and the results are awesome. My goals when I started was to lose weight and tone up. With her expertise and awesome encouragement, I am slowly achieving my goals. The training is great, she’ll work you up at the same time cheer you on to keep going. I love that she reminds me of my goals whenever I’m about to give up, she’ll say that excuses are for the weak or no pain no gain. She also helped me with my eating habits and started doing macros. Arlyn is awesome, she is result driven and I love her for that! Highly recommended for anyone looking to be fit and healthy.
