I’m a 27-year-old Marine Corps veteran and lifelong fitness enthusiast with 2 years of training experience but have been training myself for 9 years. My passion for strength training and bodybuilding started during my time in the military and has grown into a mission to help others push past limits and reach their goals.
Outside of training, I’ve built a career in IT for multiple hospitals, but fitness has always remained at the center of my life. I’ve had the privilege of coaching active-duty and retired service members, firefighters, and police officers, as well as everyday people looking to become the strongest version of themselves.
Whether it’s building strength, improving performance, or staying accountable, I bring discipline, structure, and motivation to every session. And when I’m not in the gym, you can usually catch me at karaoke, proving that confidence and passion aren’t limited to lifting weights.
