Hello let me introduce myself My name is Frank and I train under the name icd_champ. I’m here and living today because at the age of 41 I had three stints placed in my heart along side a Boston Scientific Implantable cardioverter defibrillator. Through proper nutrition and physical training I’ve managed to lose an astonishing 185 lbs and now I’m wanting to share my journey by training and coaching others.
