Loving it! Kicking ass and taking names !
I’m loving training with Zoe! She is fun, and easy to relate with. She actually listens to the feedback I give her on how easy or hard something is or isn’t . I find most just want to assume for you no matter what your feedback is. She is dedicated to helping and holding me accountable without shaming or guilting. Keeps it simple with the philosophy that I will get out of it what I put in. We are a team in my success. As long as we both do our part it will be successful. She is good at giving helpful hacks that have worked for her. She will point out the progress you’ve made or even just uncovering what’s already there making it feel that much more achievable. She is definitely a confidence booster for helping achieve your goals while still having fun and self love!

I love having Zoe as my coach! She easy to talk to and makes workouts fun all while listening and encouraging me! I love her philosophy of being a team! If we both do our part we will get results and those results all depend on consistency and putting in the work. She is great at pointing out my strengths and giving me confidence in the process. She has passed some really good hacks at how to achieve the proper form which I really like as well as making sure I actually feel it in the desired area we are working on to achieve optimal results. She encourages me to listen to my body and explains what the benefits are to a certain approach. That’s helps me get rid of the more is better approach focusing on quality rather than quantity .

The BEST
Zoe is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with! Not only does she want to get you results, she cares about you individually. Whether that means constantly tweaking meals/workouts or just giving a little extra motivation when it is needed. I started seeing insane results within the first 3 months and now about a year out I constantly get asked about what I changed and how I did it😉 I even had people wondering if I was editing my results lol that’s how good I look😂 100/10 would recommend

Working with Zo is truly the best! She takes the time to really listen to what you need and thoughtfully adjusts your plan to meet you exactly where you’re at. She creates such a supportive and motivating environment, and you can tell she genuinely cares about your progress. I always feel encouraged, challenged in the best way, and confident in the plan we’re working toward.
